After years of international experience across roles and countries, including ten formative years in a global organisation, I felt called to follow a dream, become independent and work more directly and authentically with people. I wanted to bring together my business experience and my curiosity about what truly helps individuals and teams thrive.
Since then, my journey has been one of continuous learning and deepening. I work with organisations of all sizes, from entrepreneurs and small teams to global companies, across countries and cultures. Along the way, I also learnt how to work with horses as coaching partners, an experience that brings honesty, presence and humility into leadership work.
