This site started out as a blog and has grown to include the presentation of NORSUN Diversity and Cross-Culture Consulting and its activities. The blog section is updated regularly, and aims to discuss topics around diversity and cross-cultural themes, as well as sharing interesting articles, facts and reflections. I am hoping this will be of interest to those who work professionally within the field and for those who are merely interested in these themes.
